Editing & validation

Double-click, press Enter/F2 or just start typing on a cell. Enter/Tab commit and move, Esc cancels, Delete clears. Paste a block copied from Excel with Ctrl+V. Every change goes through parsing, validation and the beforeCellChange / cellChange events (see the log).
